How to activate a ProCogo Subscription


When you install ProCogo Subscription, an activation code is required in order to use the program beyond the initial 30 days.  To get an activation code, please follow the steps below.

1. Start ProCogo

2. When the subscription notice appears, write down the Computer ID or Install ID.  (see example below)

3. Take the Computer ID  (or Install ID) that you wrote down in step one and email it to

(Be sure to include your name, company name, and phone number in the email.)

4. We will email a new Subscription Code back to you.  When you receive it, please enter it in the space provided (see below).  Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your new code.
